it was a good week...

...and I could put some Miles into the bank. It's getting warmer day by day and temperatures are approaching the 28C mark and on top of that it's getting pretty humid. Not the best conditions for me ;-) However, I could run 6 times this week, including a 5am run in the morning prior to work.
On Saturday I put 27km into the bank, 5km easy followed by 22km @ 4:40 pace. I was so lucky that it started raining during the run. This saved me from getting completely dehydrated at the end. Well, hope I'll adapt to the weather somehow.
