"Silence is broken..."

The last week was very uneventful. I could not run most of the time due to a muscle pain in my left leg in combination with a back pain. I am getting old now, I guess! Pain is gone and I missed a week of quality training, darn... Did my long run yesterday: 35km in 3:05. I could speed up the last 8 km. Still, Frankfurt is an option, I suppose. Let's see.
