"Here comes the sun..."

We participated in the 4.th Ulmer Laufnacht last Friday/Saturday. The race covers 100km around Ulm, starting at 11pm. We were a team of 8 runners and I had to run the 7th leg (10km). Since this was a little too short I decided to run the 17,5k leg with Isabel and the last leg (10k) with Rosi. Our turn was at 5:06 am. The sun was rising and we could hear a lot of birds around us. Was a great feeling and we enjoyed the whole run. Isabel joined me on my leg as well. All of us, except for Christiane who was too tired to wake up, bond for the last km in the stadium. Team no was 803. Check for pics! We finished in 9:26 min, just a few minutes behind the fastest woman. Next year, the bets are up for a team of 4 runners or even two runners :-)
