Countdown to Vienna

Yesterday, I did my last (semi) hard workout: 3x3k in 3:50min/km. We well overall. Temperature was around 5 C, no wind. Weather forecast for Vienna is 17 C with a slide chance of rain. I hope it will be cooler than that. The rain would be acceptable for me. Let's see how the conditions will be.  I feel stronger than I felt before Munich last October. Let's keep it this way :-) I am just happy that I can do this sport. Keep you updated as the clock is ticking down...
