
I could not join the regular Namban track workout today due to my late work. Instead I ran home from work and circled the Zushi Marina which is a small Yacht harbor some kilometers away from home. Unfortunately it was already pretty dark, otherwise the scenery is really nice as you can tell from the Goggle Earth map. Its amazing that the pool writing can be seen from above. Or is this already product placement? Anyway, I did a few inner (880m) and outer (1.2km) laps. But really, my legs feel tired. Suppose that's a good sign for Ohtawara. The hard workouts will be finished on this Saturday. Will run probably 30k or so. From there on the two week Taper period will start. Soon I will discuss my goal for Ohtawara in more detail folks. Let's see how things will turn out.
