We took a few days off and enjoyed the south of Spain. Weather was good most of the time. Some rain here and their but nothing serious. I could do a meaningful long run and some tempo runs. The picture was taken in the middle of the medium long 20k run. There was even a possibility to get the body fat measured by using a caliper. Believe it or not, I carry only 12% body fat at present. That's pretty low for me I guess.
