a perfect day...

A few weeks after Tokyo Marathon I had to go to Germany for some days. While I was there I could squeeze in some km somehow. But it was a little stressful and the long run on Sunday was just in REALLY REALLY bad weather. Now I am back in Japan and what can I tell...? Weather is really great and today we, that is Christiane, Rie and Chika could enjoy a great 30k run along the Kamakura beach line. After the run we went to the Sento (public bath) and then to a Soba Restaurant. What a perfect day ;-) Just feels great being back in Japan...
