Well, on Saturday we will meet in Yokohama and 5 Nambans Meg, Satohi, Chika, Christiane and myself will drive to Nagano City to participate in the 10. Nagano Olympic Memorial Marathon. Klick here for race details. Rosa Mota will be one of the guest runners! A 2:18 runner will be the 3h pacer. Hope he knows how 4:15min/km feel otherwise his group will be in trouble ;-)
I still don't know exactly what to expect from Sunday. Tokyo M was very solid but I missed some quality runs and long runs over the last 2 months. So, really not sure about a sub-3. I may start out with this goal in mind and we'll see how it worked out, right?
But the best of all: I'll have beautiful company over the weekend. What more can I ask for... ;-)
