Count down to Nagano

it's only 7 days to Nagano Marathon and I have never had a "Preparation" like this before. 5 weeks into the training I caught a cold and I had to stay at home for 2 days to fight it. After I recovered another flue hit me and the story repeated. Then we went to Australia for a short vacation. 30 C took it's toll and I took it easy. My weekly mileage 10 weeks prior to a Marathon has never been so low as for this one. My weekly countdown goes like:
10: 48km, 9: 27km, 8: 84k, 7: 59km, 6: 11km, 5: 34km, 4: 79km, 3: 36km, 2(this week): 12km as of today, 1(next week, 6days before the M): not more than 25km or so. Had only 4 long runs.
Well, wouldn't call this preparation rock solid ;-)

I decided not to try a sub-3 this time. 3:15 should be in reach but the last 10k won't be a walk in the park... But hey, I already sacked my sub-3 for this year in Tokyo. So, let's just go to Nagano and enjoy the day, the people and the scenery. 5 Namban will go together, will be a great day for us. I am sure!
