Some of you know that I am participating in a running training camp in Germany this week. It is being organized by Peter Greif who is a long time running veteran and a very good trainer. One week in the Harz mountains in Germany with two running sessions every day. We started on Sunday evening with a slow aerobic run around one of the two scenic mountain sees. Now, it´s Thursday afternoon and I already clocked a total of 120km since this run ;-). The best part is that some really great runners are training with us. Tobias Sauter, who finished 3rd this year in the German Marathon Champion Chip and Dorothea Frey, runners up in the 2008 100km German Champion Chip train with us. It´s a very demanding week but seeing these guys running is very inspiring as well. On Saturday, we plan a long run of up to 35k covering some hundred meters elevation difference as well.
