Back in Japan...

....and the temperatures are back to 30C again :-( But first a few words about this week: Mo-We was very busy with work and traveling. On Thursday evening I ran 20k near the river Isar in Munich. Friday was my flight back to Japan so I started in the early morning with my long run. Could cover 42.2k in 3h36. The first half went by in 1h52, the second half was a 1h44. The air was very fresh, temperature around 17C and it was cloudy. Perfect conditions this time. Tomorrow a few Nambans are going to a cross country race near Nagano. I'll keep you updated.
