a good one...

Yesterday, I met Paddy and Steve for a run @ the Tamagawa. We started out @ 1pm and settled for a 5 min/km pace. It was warm and after a while it started raining. We picked up the pace and soon hit the 4:40/km region. After 11km we crossed a bridge and headed back on the "dark side" (=Kawasaki ;-) ). This is Paddy ground and as always, pace got faster. The pace dropped below 4:30/km and Steve and I had to work harder. We managed to stay close to the "Irish wasp". Was a great workout and I could enjoy a run for the first time in 4 weeks. Thanks, guys, it's always a pleasure...!

Stephen Lacey hat gesagt…

Yep. It was a good run. I need to do more longish runs in that pace range. Gets a bit hard to talk though doesn't it, with the bloody wasp buzzing along like that.
