The week was quite good so far. Did 10-mill-kTM on Tuesday in 47 min., swam for 20 min on Wednesday (won't tell you how far that was since I am a lousy swimmer ;-) ) and ran another 13-mill-kTM in 1h10 today. This weekend, we will meet some great NAMBANs in Singapore and on Sunday, I will run the Singapore Bay Run. Most of us applied for 10k. I am excited, it's my first time in Singapore.
