Volleyball and a Good Week...

Today, I watched the World Grand Prix Women Volleyball Match China-Brazil during my first long(er) run here in China on the treadmill. It was a very close match but as it is in Volleyball, there is always only one winning team. This time, it was China. It was interesting to see that the team which served did not necessarily have the best chances to make the point. Very often, the  other team could score instead. The run was OK. I needed just 0,5l of water during the run. Also, this was the week with the most Mileage since my Ultra in April. I totaled 74 km the last 7 days. Not bad at all. I am happy and satisfied with the outcome of this week.
