Preparing for a Half...

I did 3x2k yesterday, each set between 3:45 and 3:55min/km. Plan on running a Half this weekend. Temperatures expected to be below 10 C (that's < 50 F, Delores). Some wind is expected and some rain. I will try to get below 1:23. Let's see what will happen...
