A "Zero Week"

I still don't feel well. My throat still hurts and I have a lingering cough. So, I decided not to run last week. Tomorrow, I plan on seeing a doctor. Maybe I need some antibiotics... Hanover M is a week from now, so I should be back to normal by then. Today, we went on a little hike. Just up to 900m since there is still a lot of snow higher up.
