A good week after the Marathon

After SCKLM18 i felt reasonably fresh but decided not to run on Monday. Turned out to be a good decision since I could run without any problems on Tuesday evening after I arrived in Germany. Did some more evening runs during the week and the Jetlag did not hurt too much. The total of the week was only 70k including a 30k run on Saturday in Berlin. Not a lot km but also not too shabby I recon.
