going little bit faster...

I did 60k this week. Mostly medium distance and somewhat slow. Need to mix in some Marathon pace runs at 5:00-5:15 min/km speed next week to see how this feels.
This afternoon I met with some bike friends and we did a quick and fun ride on the island.
Filled the tank of my XR with SHELL 100 Octane. The red nozzle fits well to the color of my bike, doesn't it?

Ok, 100 Octane is not Penang Eco100, I know :-)
