Bad Füssing M

I ran Bad Füssing today as a long run. Snowed a little bit too much in the morning and some runners arrived too late. As such, they started all events (10k, HM and M) 15min later than planned. It's a 2 lap course. First half I ran 5:20min/km pace. Second half I decided to try to stay sub 3:40 and settled for 5min pace. They have good aid stations with tea, coke, energy drink, water, banana, gel, apple, bars, a lot of food. Happy with the results, also because the legs feel reasonably fresh afterwards. Christiane ran the 10k and finished 3rd. Again she got on the podium. A natural, I'd say.
