Hanover M: target achieved

Here is the short version of Hanover. I could stay sub 3:10 as I trained and hoped for. Finished in 3:09:08. Was some hard work towards the end but the race itself was pretty flawless. Aid stations every 2.5k helped a lot. I am very happy with the result. Onwards to my goal to stay sub 3 again within the next 12 months :-)
