Need for speed...
I could finish my long run on Sunday somehow ok...ish. Was getting warm and the last km was exhausting. I was the only guy doing 30 km, all others finished after 26 km and had a beer while I was adding the last, cruel 4 km. Monday was off and today I ran 11 km in 46 min. Not too fast but fast enough to feel the speed. Had to breath a lot :-)

Did my last long run today. Tried the Panke Radweg from Bernau to Berlin, really entertaining - first half very scenic, second half urban backyard exploration. Weather: Sunny. Water consumption: 3,0 l/32 km. Speed: Forget it. Need for speed: Yes!
