Weird, weird, weird...

On Thursday, I planned on running 4:10 min/km pace together with our running group. Around the 4k mark my right upper leg started to kind of cramp. I had to stop and slowly jog back. It felt like a "Muskelkater" in the adductor. I don't want to risk a long lasting injury so I stopped all runs for the weekend. Instead, we went on a hiking tour with friends from Munich. Stopped at the Alatsee and climbed all the way up to the Salober Alm (1150m). We could catch a view of the Zugspitze. Weather was pretty good. Have to say that Augsburg is a good place to live.
Will get back to running on Tuesday.
Let's take it easy, I am in no rush :-)

Did you already decide on a marathon? Or do you take it really, really easy?

still two options alive: Linda and Franka. If the leg still hurts next week I will reconsider Franka again.
