A very successful week...

I am very happy with my progress this week. I could run a total of 140km including some really hard workouts. Today we did a 36km long run. It was a little bit too warm for me and I was dehydrated. But I finished the run with my head up ( I know, Delores, not favorable for all circumstances :-) ). Still, I am lacking speed but I will get to this part of the training when the time is right. Frankfurt Marathon might be too far out. I am considering something earlier. Have to think...
