Winter for a day...

Again a pretty decent week. I could run 6 times, mostly around 5min/km pace. Did a medium fast run as well clocking 4:30min/km. Yesterday I had to run my long run. It snowed a LOT the night before and we got 15 cm (=6 inches, Delores) of snow. Was a weird feeling running in the soft, partly untouched snow and on the hard road pavement. Ran a total of 34km and my legs were really tired at the end.Then, Saturday night, temperatures went up and all the snow melted away. I did 24km today with Christiane. Was very windy... In total, I clocked 125km this week. Can't complain :-) Onwards...!
