Winter for a week...

Finally the snows has arrived and it looks like it will stay cold for the next days. Forecast goes to -15 Celsius next week. Brrr, that's really cold. My week was really good. Due to the snow and the reflecting lights I can run in the dark fairy easily. Collected a total of 113 km this week including a 34 km long run on Saturday and a 23 km run today. Did one tempo run which was 9 km @ 4:03 min/km pace on Tuesday. The rest was medium long @ 5 min pace. I feel pretty ok. Some of our club members are going to the swimming pool as well but I can't commit myself to this activity yet. Might help though, I guess... For now, the Greif plan seems to work. Let's see what this slave driver (= "Schleifer") will come up with next...
