"Hexenschuss"

This Thursday I made a bad move and some pain struck my back. Cant walk upright since then. I went straight to a Physio and the Physio said that my shoulders are very tight. This was the reason for my back muscles to tighten up so much. I am stretching myself very gently now and getting some massage treatment. Its a pity because we have a short break due to CNY which I could put in good use for some running. Well, thats life. Sometimes it hits you.
