well, question is: "what is normal"?
let's see...
My training plan was calling for 5 days no running after Ohtawara Marathon, which I greatly appreciated because I could not think about running at all. Then, end of November I had to go on business trip to Germany. It was a really, really busy time since I had to visit several cities and could not count on the Deutsche Bundesbahn because of their threat going into strike again. So, I covered 2300km on the German Autobahn with a rental car ;-(. Unfortunately, meanwhile I caught a cold which added another 7 days of no running to my log...
Since Monday, I am back in Japan, the cold is gone and I can take the train to commute (or run from time to time). So, everything back to normal from now on, I hope...
Btw, on Sunday there will be the Namban Kamakura trail run. Looking forward to it!

Joachim, good to see you blog spring back to life and good to see that your running is coming back to normal.
I find myself dreadfully busy preparing to finish up at my present company and prepare for our family trip to Australia, but running is coming along OK.
Hope to catch up with you for a run before the end of the year. I don't know if I can make it to Kamakura, but if not, should be at the track next Wed.
Steve
Hi Steve,
would be great seeing you on Sunday at Kamakura. I will be at the track next We as well. Let's have a year end run together before we all go to Australia for a vacation ;-)
