today, Christiane took me to a running shop near our hotel. They carry a wide and good selection of running gear. As we spoke with the guys there, it turned out that Steve knows Namban well. In fact, he knows Brett and Ed and other Nambans. What a coincidence ;-) We talked about running for a while and enjoyed our conversation.
Next week I will wear my new RunningRoom Ltd. Tshirt at the track!

Steve actually ran the Okutama Ekiden with Namban in Dec., 2004. Mika and I had a good time catching up with him in April this year.
