Cooper test, Cooper test, Cooper test, Cooper test

Yesterday, I had a track workout, namely 4x3.2k @ 3:50 pace with ca. 8min TP. This is almost exactly 12min per Interval. (Well, to be precise, I ran the 3.2k in 12:07, 12:13, 12:12, 12:11). While I was doing the workout, I remembered the famous Cooper Test. In this test a person has to run as far as possible within 12 minutes. So, basically, I did this test four times ;-) But, it is quite (thx Christian ;-) ) disappointing, that my result is pretty bad according to Wikipedia.: I fall into the category of an average runner (3100-3399m). Have to train more and harder! ;-)
