Kanazawa long run

Was a great run today! Akira, Mary, Chika, Christiane, Satohi and I ran our long run in the Komazawa Park. Steve supported us on the bike. It was the first time for me but I am sure that the park is well known to most Nambans. Later, Motozo pointed out that 20 loops make a full Marathon ;-)
We circled the 2,15km loop 9 to 15 times. Satohi and I stayed together all the time and we could run 30k in 2:22. Quite fast pace, well done! I added a last loop to get to 32km in total.
Afterwards Chika, Christiane, Satohi and I went to the Edogawa 10km celebration at the Mexican in Nishi-Kasai. Yes, they are right on their web site: Bad service (but not so bad food) ;-)
Check out the Edogawa 10k results at our Namban web site. Again we could get many prices in the open category as well as in the age groups.
