The "last" long run...

My plan was calling for the "last" (well, hopefully not ;-) ) long run today. But since a Namban group will do a long run on Sunday I will run with them. Will be boring enough next Saturday running the 100k mostly by myself. So why running the long run alone?
Ryan told me that there is no problem doing a 30k run the week before the Ultra.
Guess he knows what he is talking... in 2007 he ran the Spartathlon...
