A different kind of heat...

Today was the hottest day since weeks: 32 Celsius. It was warm, specially because there are no Aircons around. But the workout was pretty much OK for me. I was sweating a lot on the fast turns but I could keep a decent pace, around 3:45-3:50min/km. We did 15km in the Siebentischwald of which we ran 6 times for 4min hard. Enjoyed it a lot :-)
