in the forest...

Today, we ran 11km in the Siebentischwald. The weather was kind of strange: heavy winds and some rain mixed with hail as well as thunder and lightning. Scary but everything went fine. Most of the time the group ran around 4:45min/km with two km (km7 and km10) at 3:45min pace. I had to concentrate to keep the pace but it did not feel too bad... :-)
