A plan is a plan...

I have been tossing around ideas on how to get back in shape. First plan was to log miles over the next weeks and months. Sunset in Germany is around 9:30pm during the summer which leaves ample of time for running after work. On the other hand, I could run 1000m repeats in 3:33min a few days ago. I remember my fastest track session in 2004 was around this speed. So, it seems that there might be an opportunity to boost my speed in the coming weeks. Given these circumstances I decided to apply for two HM prior to Frankfurt Marathon. The first one is in July north of Augsburg. The second one is in September and close to Augsburg as well. Would be great if I could be back in shape by then :-)
