Slower than hoped for...

Yesterday, I ran a 10k time trial. The course was a 5k out and back and i decided to go the first 5k not too hard, around 4:10min/km. Since we were not allowed to wear watches, i was not so sure about the pace. On my way back i tried to speed up and at the end i felt i finished below 40min. But, the result was only a 41:04. A little disappointing have to admit. Lets see if my form is getting better in the next weeks. If not, Frankfurt will be hard work...
