Another good week...

Could run 5x this week and clocked a total of 114 km. Ran 35 km yesterday and 23 km today. The 23 km felt pretty ok. This was the first time in two months I could run a 5 min/km pace after a long run. Guess that's an improvement. The picture shows the Blog author prior to the Greif 3x2,5k relay race held in Conil, Spain last week. We finished 10th out of 13th relay teams. Was a good training camp we had there. Weather got much better here over the last weeks. Temperatures are around 10 Celsius, moderate rain showers from time to time. Let's see how the month of March will go along.
