I got a cold...

On Monday, I felt really bad. Only my nose was running, not me! I had a headache and my throat was sore. I decided not to run for  the next days. Yesterday I ran 14 k with Christiane, 5min pace. Was a tempo run for her and I promised to pace her. I still did not feel that great. Today, I skipped my long run to be on the safe side. Tomorrow I will run 10k or so. Let's see how the next week will go.
