reviving my blog

it has been some years since I posted in this blog. now, it seems to be the time to restart posting.
as you might know, we moved to Penang in May 2016. took me a while to get somewhat used to the heat here and start running again. in fact, I just started running again a couple of months ago. still pretty slow jogging but at least I do it regularly. on top of this, I am joining the Warrior, a group of out door enthusiasts who like to race in Spartan events. well, that pretty much sums it up for now. keep you posted.
