Got the first long run under my belt since we moved to Penang. 31k in 3hr with only 300 HM so far. I think the course is quite good: starting at Quayside, running to the end of Gurney road, up to Botanical Garden and then either running the botanical garden 2k loop several times and extending to Jesselton residential community (like we did today) or going up the Penang hill, which I plan to do next time. Staying hydrated will be an issue when I am extending the distance or starting to push harder/running a lot uphill. Will test a few options and drinks. Sure there will be a viable solution for this pressing topic since I am still loosing to much water.
