Today we ran 32k around Quayside. Not a great variety of scenery but good to train mental strength and easy to run. I tried my new energy bars and could eat them without any problem. Drank 2l of water and stayed for the first time in my limit of loosing not more that 1l per 3 hours of running.
it would be good to keep track of my weight before and after the long runs and so we decided to order the GARMIN Smart Scale.
The Scale will automatically upload the weight and link it to my training data. Hope this will help me to understand my water needs better. Here is a link to the GARMIN web site explaining the scale.
Some statistics available at this point of time: did a total of 68k this week up to now including some relatively fast km. Tomorrow plan to do Penang hill again. Will keep you posted.
Onwards...!
