Oooohhhhmmmmmm...

...I heard about Yoga and all the positive effects it can produce. But frankly, I never considered doing it. Well, times have changed and I will participate in a Yoga class early March...! Two sessions for a start. I know that I am not very flexible. Let's see how it goes.
