"You know what I did last October...?"
I ran my first Ultra, Kubikino 100k. It was a good run and I enjoyed it very much. So, yesterday, I finally applied for my next event, the 5 lake Fuji 112k Ultra. I paid my fee (ca. 130 Yen/km ;-) ) and now have to wait getting the documents and information. Still, I don't know the details of the course, we'll see. I am looking forward to my long run this time because in March/April it is considerably cooler than in September.

ah....I am going back to Australia on April 20th so I will miss celebration party .(Back in Japan March 6th)
I am re reading 'Running throught the wall-Personal Encounters with the Ultra Marathon' A great book....it almost makes me want to..... ( I must remember "Just say No") !! :-)
