Patella is calling....

...well, well, well. The reason for my Monday post was that my Patella pain was kind of back late Monday evening. The right knee started hurting out of the blue. Went to the soft Chiropractic in Shibuya and he managed to reduce the pain dramatically. This guy is really good. I told him that he is a Magician. His answer was: "Yes, that's what my patients in New York told me all the time." Could run again slowly. Now I am hoping that the pain will go away completely. I have the feeling that this problem is caused by my lack of stretching. So, it's my fault, I guess.
