snowy intermezzo

Today, we ran 18 km in Germany. It snowed the night before. Was a pretty tough run, we ran slower than 6min pace! But the scenery was great. Everything around here is covered in snow. My Patella got much better. Still, a little sore and uncomfortable. Hope this will change very soon.
