
Yesterday's plan called for 4x2k and some additional mileage. Gerald pointed out that it would be wise not to run every workout @ the same pace. I followed this suggestion and "Surprise, Surprise" could do the 2k intervals @ 4min pace. Ran a total of 19km and felt pretty fresh at the end. Sento helped to relax as well afterwards. Today is off. Let's see how the weekend goes.
