getting better...

Yesterday, I felt really terrible after the long run. In fact, I could not go straight to Tokyo station (which is ca. 1 km away from the Palace). Had to sit on a near by bench for some minutes and relax. I decided I would not run on Monday. This morning, however, I felt really good and energetic. So, I brought my running gear to work and thought I could give it a try and run back home. Well, worked quite well. Covered 11,5 km in 1:02 without any problems. Let's hope that this is a good sign for the Ultra.
