"The heat is on..."

Finally it seems that the summer arrived in Germany. Temperatures are close to 30C and the forecast for the next week predicts similar conditions. I am not complaining too much about it. Would prefer 15C and a little rain while I'm training but well, nothing is perfect. 30C in South Germany is less painful than 30C in South China as for that matter. So, no whining allowed! Finished the week with a 33km run in Wellenburg this morning. We were a group of 8 people, three of used started a little earlier and we got already 7km under the belt before the main run took off. I total 114km this week but the week was rather easy. Took two days off and had one day with only 8km. Soon, the training for Frankfurt Marathon will start.
