on (the) track...

Yesterday, I joined the track training. After a good warm up in the park I did 1.2k (4:17), 1.2k(4:11), 1k(3:22), 1k(3:29) with 3 min rest in between. Could stay close to Fabrizio. Was my first tempo training since Sept. last year. So, I am really happy running a 3:30 pace on the track. Next week is Kanagawa Half. Let's hope it will take place this year. Last year it was cancelled due to snow.
