smooth LDL...

Ran 34k today together with some great Nambans. Clocked a total of 3h03, that is 5:19km/km average pace. Included were 10k around the Palace @ 5min pace, 20k with the group @ 5:50min pace and ca. 4k @ 4min. pace (followed a group of High Schol students ;-) ).
Was a good Saturday run.
