"well done " or "medium rare"...?
Not the steak, my legs ...! Last 4 days were pretty tough: Friday: 20km pretty fast. Saturday: 34km long run, Sunday: 12km mountain trail + 8km really fast. So, I just could not follow the plan today. Instead of doing 3x3k @ HM pace I just did a leisure 11km run in 1 hr.

Regarding one of your books, Rain Fall.
I saw Quantum of Solace (007) yesterday and one of the previews before the movie was of Rain Fall! They made a movie of it! I didn't know. I've met Barry Eisler twice, he's a really nice guy. Was a lawyer before he decided to become a writer. Guess he finally got a big payday.
